| Frequently
Asked Questions & Answers
How long is the typical search process?
The length of your job search is dependent upon a number of
factors. The benefit of developing a relationship with an
executive recruiter is that you can be made aware of strong
career opportunities, not only now, but in the future as well.
The Search Firm will do its best to assist you in your current
search, but we cannot guarantee placing you in your next position.
How do you find people jobs?
Recruiters
place people in one of two ways: by identifying candidates
for employers who have given The Search Firm an active assignment
and by marketing a viable candidate to clients within our
network.
What is your reference check process?
Candidates
are asked to provide at least three professional employment
references. All degrees will be verified. References are checked
at an appropriate time within the search process. Additionally,
some of our clients require criminal, credit, and drug screenings.
Do you place people on a contract basis?
No,
at this time The Search Firm does not place people on a contract/temporary
basis.
